The process: Description
The start of this tour is just a few steps from St. Mark’s Square, right in the heart of Venice. The second starting point is near the Rialto Bridge, also in the city center.
The advantage of these two piers is that several gondoliers have joined together to form a consortium, ensuring that there’s always a gondolier available for your shared journey to happiness.
After the tour begins, you’ll first have to find your way around the gondola. You’ll probably find it a bit shaky at first. You’ll have to figure out where the back is, where the front is, and where the gondolier actually stands.
For this reason, the tour begins quietly, passing through the romantic canals in the center of Venice. You and your partner can first enjoy the quiet, dreamy gondola ride together in peace and quiet before the real action begins.

In our experience, there are essentially two different behaviors: There are customers who know exactly what they want. They’re convinced by the offer. They therefore order the trip as described and send us the customized banner text fairly quickly. They also pay immediately, and we then order the banner immediately. In this case, everything is clarified, completed, and arranged within a few days.

The company here in Venice requires at least three full business days. And the company is closed on weekends and holidays. The best time – the best light

Light for photography is sometimes a bit scarce. And just like at home: the later the evening, the less light there is. All cameras react to this with a longer shutter speed. Unfortunately, this carries a high risk that the images could be somewhat blurry.

Therefore, we strongly advise you not to start your journey too late. Here in Venice, it gets dark at the same time of day as at home. Therefore, base your day on the lighting conditions at home.

The weather
The gondolas, of course, run year-round. They operate in almost any weather, even in the rain. The ride is only cancelled during floods. However, with the new flood protection system, this is no longer likely.

– You postpone your trip by a day, meaning you travel either earlier or later.
